Educational Benefit Form

  • This form helps the district with overall funding!
  • Please click the link and fill out an online Educational Benefit Form. After completing, confirm your email address and a copy of the form will be sent to both you and the District Office.
  • If you prefer you  can print a copy or pick up a copy at your school site and return to the district office.
 
 
We will not be accepting online meal applications for the 23/24 SY as meals for all students will be free.
