Vision, Pillars, Continuous Improvement
Continuous school improvement is a cyclical process intended to help groups of people in a system—from a class to a school district or even a network of many districts—set goals, identify ways to improve, and evaluate change in a sort of continuous feedback loop.
McKinleyville Union School District uses tools of Continuous Improvement to find and execute changes to our systems to ensure that they work better for students, families, staff and our community. MUSD 2024-25 District Scorecard: As part of our Continuous Improvement efforts, we hold ourselves accountable to our Pillars. We have chosen metrics that matter for each Pillar and will report out three times a year on our progress toward these goals.
