Julie Giannini Previde, Principal, Dow's Prairie SchoolI am honored to introduce myself as the incoming principal of Dow’s Prairie School. I have worked in the McKinleyville Union School District for over 20 years as a coach, instructional aide, teacher, principal, and coordinator. Joining the amazing Dow’s Prairie staff in their efforts to guide our littlest learners at the beginning of their educational journey is a very exciting next adventure. I look forward to working with your child and family over the coming years.
I'm a lifelong Humboldt County resident and graduate of McKinleyville Middle School (Class of 1986) and McKinleyville High School (Class of 1990). I live in McKinleyville and am proud to send my two kids to McKinleyville Schools. I'm an avid runner and occasionally enjoy biking, hiking, and paddle boarding with my husband and kids. I am committed to Equity in Education and Continuous Improvement of our schools.
